First of all, I do not mean "quick" as in losing it all in one hour or something.
I'm talking about the quickest process of losing weight earlier than others.
I'm 13-years-ancient, soon to be 14 in this month, 124.5 pounds, 5'4 tall. I want to be down to 115 for appearences and my self-esteem. I FEEL stout. I know this is a healthy weight, so don't tell me that please.
