Proteins: Proteins are the building blocks in your body. Most tissues in your body are replaced with new tissue every three month, some tissues are replaced every week. That is vital to know and a diet needs to have enough proteins to allow new tissues to be built.

Stout: Stout is also essential. Stout is used for energy in your body. An vital fact about stout is that it slows down the metabolism of carbohydrates and thus keeps your blood sugar and insulin levels at reasonable levels. This is vital if you want to burn stout in an effective way.

Carbohydrates: Also known as carbs. Carbs are used as energy in your body, carbs are the premium fuel. There are several different kinds of carbohydrates and some are ‘terrible’ while dieting and some are ‘excellent’. There are several diets recommending that you stay of carbs all together but it’s not a way to get a durable weight loss. Once you introduce the carbs again your blood suger will spike and increase the rate that stout stores in cells.

The sum of this is that there are not two people alike and nor is there working diets that suits everybody. Weight loss in theory is complex but losing weight is simple. Do it the right way and you’ll feel better while losing weight and once lost it is gone.
