Im sorry but from a personal training stand point I wouldent advise you to lose more then 1-3 pounds a week. If your lose 4-10 like some people thats not healthy because one of the only ways you can do that is to cut back on a ton of calorise and carbs…now cutting back alot of calorise isnt to terrible of an thought but cutting back to many carbs isnt a excellent thought becuase carbs are what your body uses for energy…Carbs are also the food that is supplied to your heart lungs liver and most vital your brain. So small term you may not see many health problems but down the road you will. Id advise you to cut back on the food BUT NOT TO MUCH also eat till your satisfied NOT FULL although eating till your full does feel excellent its no where to be found in a very fit persons agenda. Id reccomend Cardio vascular exercises such as running..Of course also try jump ropeing thats a fantastic one also small sprints and cardio kick boxing and shadow boxing. look on youtube or bodybuilding.com for thoughts they have fantastic one. Also once its off keep it off do anarobic exercises(weight lifting)
Lastly if your doing cardio and and lifting NEVER EVER look and trust what the scale says because you could be loseing stout but gaining muscle so it will all even out. Id recomend getting a body stout test done. Excellent luck hope you reach your goal!
